In the occasional circumstance hourly billing is required, the rate is $350/hour. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include additional filing or recording costs.

LLC Set-Up

Includes filing Articles of Organization with the Arizona Corporation Commission and obtaining an Employer Identification Number with the IRS. Does not include operating agreement.
Operating Agreement

A business contract that outlines the operations of an LLC, detailing the agreements between members. Includes Buy/Sell provisions.
Contract Review

Length and complexity of the contract will determine the final fee.
Lease Review
