I had always wanted to be an attorney, but it wasn't until I worked as a paralegal while in law school that I found my niche. I knew I didn't like the adversarial side of law. I wanted to help people, so in 2013, I started the Nicole Pavlik Law Firm.
Over the years, I've seen what happens when families don't have an estate plan in place—or when the plan isn't done well. It often leads to confusion, hurt feelings, and unnecessary conflict at a time that's already hard. My goal is to help you put clear plans in place now, so your loved ones are protected and your wishes are honored later.
As a small business owner myself, I also understand how overwhelming legal paperwork and terminology can be. I work with business owners to establish a solid legal foundation so they can focus on running their business rather than stressing over documents and fine print.
What sets my practice apart is how I work with clients. I work with you personally and meet with you one-on-one virtually, communicate with you directly, and make sure you always know what's happening with your plan. I don't charge for quick questions or nickel-and-dime for emails and phone calls. If you're my client, I'm here to help.
I look forward to being a trusted advisor you can turn to—not just once, but over the years.
